Ordering Parts On The Phone
When ordering parts, we need to know the following:
- Model and serial number of unit
- Manufacturer's name
- Voltage and phase, if electric
- LP or natural gas
Returns & Restocking Charges
Returns may not be made without permission and must be made within 30
days of purchase. Special order merchandise will be subject to a restocking
charge.
Payment Terms
Citisco Food Service Equipment accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Alternate payment arrangements can be made pending management approval. All items must be paid in full before they are shipped. Our salespeople can review individual circumstances and sometimes provide alternative sources of financing.
Warranties
Warranties on any merchandise purchased from us are limited to the written
warranties given by the manufacturers of the merchandise. There are no
other warranties extended or implied by our company. In any event, we
cannot be responsible for special or consequential damages, direct or
indirect, arising from the use of or the inability to use the merchandise.
Sales Tax
We collect sales taxes ONLY in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, Virgina, Texas and California.
